Unique Article Wizard - A Honest Review

Posted by seoman 23 July, 2008

It sounds amazing, doesn’t it? The concept of spinning one article by combining paragraphs from two other articles written to match up content wise, into several thousand “unique” articles. The sales page for Unique Article Wizard swears up and down that search engines won’t find this content to be duplicate entries, and that you’ll receive hundreds to thousands of links from the “article” directories that it will submit to. Sadly, it really is too good to be true.

The modest monthly fee is enough to capture anyone’s attention and at least convince them to give it a try. Don’t feel bad, I’ve done it myself. But once your articles get out there, you soon realize that ANYONE who decides to load their plug-in into their blog (of nearly any CMS) and selects the same keywords you use for your article (many of the sites selecting nearly ALL of them) can and will receive your article. These aren’t traditional “article directories”, these are sites thrown together with adsense, many of which fold quickly, leaving banned links pointing directly at your website.

What’s worse is that Google definitely see’s these articles as duplicates after the first 30-60 of them. As few of the main pages have a high page rank, let alone the page your article is on, chances are your benefit from using this service is more risky then it is beneficial. You’re chancing too much on something with plenty of promise but not enough quality assurance follow through.

Spending the time to write up even one article and submit it to the top 25 article submission websites would be more useful then this method of submission and it would save you some time, money, and heartache. Even websites of a less high class nature should really avoid using Unique Article Wizard. Especially considering they claim to have reached number 1 in the SERPs from using their own service, but surprisingly, there’s no incoming links to their site from articles in their directories, besides the affiliate links.
