Post Toaster Review - Semi-Auto Social Bookmarking
If you’ve ever abandoned a social bookmarking campaign due to the monotony and time consuming nature of the beast, you’re in luck. A new and free service has just been launched called Post Toaster.
Similar to OnlyWire and the other variations, Post Toster allows you to enter all the information you want to submit into one page and then determine which of the listed sites you want to submit it to. The service boasts by far the largest number of compatible social bookmarking sites for you to use, 73 as of this post, and they can even be selected based on "bookmarking" "news" and "dofollow".
The most useful part about this specific semi-auto social bookmarking tool is it’s ability to take 4 titles and 4 descriptions and randomize them as you submit, keeping duplicate content to a minimum.
The bad side to Post Toaster?
Just like all the other services, you need to already have an account for them. You need to also be logged in to them. The process of signing up for 73 different sites may take you a good deal of time.
Once you click submit, you’re brought to a page with all your info on it and a running list of links for the sites you want to submit to. You then have to open each link (in a tab) and just finalize each submission. Some sites require you to do more than others, but the issue lies within the fact that you can’t navigate through them like you can with OnlyWire.
Putting aside the bad, this is a great tool. It’s going to speed up social bookmarking for you quite a bit. While there are plugins and such that allow you to autopost to social bookmarking sites, many of them cost hundreds and the few that are free rarely work correctly. Besides, once you get it down, it’s a piece of cake.
